I currently live in Israel, the delivery speed is unbelievable. Wonderful customer service kept me updated on every step.
I actually wrote an email asking them to hurry up the delivery as I have an upcoming holiday in 3 weeks. Delivery estimate is 4 days. Not the first time buying there, definitely not my last. One happy customer here!

You will be hard pressed to find something you want that they don't stock.

I think this is the best service I've ever had with an online purchase! I ordered some climbing gear for a Xmas present so I was a bit worried about the timing, as Xmas is next weekend and Royal Mail and Parcel Force are both experiencing strikes. I placed the order on Saturday evening, choosing the fastest delivery option, but didn't expect the order to be picked up until Monday. But I had two update messages from Absolute Snow on Sunday and another on Monday and the goods arrived on Tuesday. Really amazing service! The price was the lowest too, among several suppliers that I compared for the same items.

Just purchased a pair of Zamberlan boots, the boots speak for themselves, the price brilliant, so much so i bought a pair for my wife both pairs the delivery was very good considering no delivery charge.
The service was great my wives pair were price matched which i didn’t enter the discount code at the time but this was refunded later. the service first class.

Absolute awful, quality checking process before delivery, received an e-mail prior to delivery stating “hi my name is Roxana and I have checked your package before dispatching” Ski boots arrived damaged and worst of all had different soles, one had alpine and one had gripwalk. Only conclusion is that one has been used as a display model and one had never seen the light of day. Sent notification and to be fair came straight back to me with free deliver returns, if product is found to be in line with my complaint. If not I will be charged for returns !!!! Shambles

Absolute-Snow had the item I wanted at the best price I could find. Somehow I ticked the expensive postage option, which was indeed fast, but I had not wanted to pay for this. They refunded it, so I am grateful and happy!
I bought two different sizes of the item I ordered, and the returns seem to be an easy (ish) process.
Very happy with the prompt replies to my desperate pleas regarding postage.
Have used them before, and will again.
