Got my B'twin bike 🎉 staff great, helpful and friendly. Adjusted the bike to right height etc 👍 got some excessories too.
Looking forward to riding out with my daughter.

We are keen cyclists and have found that the men working upstairs in the bike department giving customers fantastic service. Some bike shops are very lacking in repairs and after service as they really only want to sell bikes. Decathlon offer a great vast service on bike repairs going out of there way to help and explain things to you. It is so good they have a good knowledge about bikes which have helped us understand our bikes more. We will go back to decathlon every time now and will recommend them to everyone we know not just for bikes but other sporting needs. Not the biggest Decathlon store I have ever been too. Some gaps on the shelves but was able to get what we wanted. Always a decent price staff were helpful. Car parking easy but a bit of a queue to get off the shopping area.

Fantastic store, friendly staff, and great quality products! Many thanks to the Bike Workshop for fixing my two bikes, he did a fantastic job! Will recommend to others for sure!

Awful customer service, told lies
Orderd a bike for my daughters 3rd birthday, when it arrived the box was damaged and there were no accessories (pedels) I also paid for an extra basket and that didn't arrive either. I spoke to Decathlon via their chat system, email and Twitter and I was assured the parts would be sent to me. The accessories never arrived and a week later (and day before my daughters birthday) I have a bike with no pedals.

This is the first thing I have ever ordered from Decathlon and it will definitely be the last. They do not assist you on twitter and the chat system on their website never works. Getting a response from their email is also impossible.

Terrible customer service, the bike isn't very good quality and all the parts are missing. I definitely do not recommend shopping at Decathlon. Avoid avoid avoid.

Came here for an exchange of skate pads and the new items were £3 extra not a problem as they were a larger size but they don't take cash. If you don't want to take cash at least put a sign up outside to let people know. Also were in the items are the RFID chips so I can remove them from my items please.

Just popped into the Chelmsford Decathlon store to get a summer badminton set. Helpful as always, genuinely caring staff and another successful trip. Just thought I would share as great service is much appreciated.

Been trying to get through to the Chelmsford store for over an hour now to extend my collection. When I made the purchase it said it would be available to collect from the 11th December - I thought perfect! Apart from the the next day I then got told it was ready to collect but I only had 7 days to get it 😤 if not it will be sent back and refunded. I don't live anywhere near Chelmsford but it's the closest store. I plan to collect it on Monday but everytime I try and call customer services it either hangs up or they say try again later... I've now been waiting an hour or so on their online chat with no success! It's ridiculous 😩😩😩.
