Wrexham AFC Club Shop

Absolutely wonderful. I went there today to browse, I bought a cap, water bottle and car air freshener. It was a little on the expensive but you expect this with any football club and you get good quality. The staff were amazing and extremely courteous. I highly recommend visiting just to speak with the shop staff. I think something was also being filmed for Welcome to Wrexham.

Wrexham are my second team and have to admit I was a little disappointed for a non - league club think since all the hype from the documentary they have got a little up their own arses I took a few pics of the outside of the stadium and asked in the clubshop if I could get a couple of pics pitchside the lad serving was really polite and we had a chat about all things Wrexham. He said he had to ask but the person was busy so waited and when they were free it was a straight NO !!! I spoke to a bloke outside and he said since being taken over things have really changed and security has been tightened up massively ffs its a non league club not Man Utd. Left very disappointed and its a shame as I said ive always carried an affection for them not sure now if id return to watch a game which I was really hoping to bring a couple of friends with me to watch but we'll see

Stopped to purchase a few items. BONUS- as we were leaving the team was arriving for practice. I would be the woman silently fangirling as they walked past our car.

Ordered a Jacket on the website didn't receive it? No communication message to say it had been posted?
Tried to phone the shop no answer? Sent email for update No answer?
Had to call in the shop and was told the jacket was upstairs so finally got it along with postage refund! Very poor service not impressed! website orders should be prioritized immediately and communicated

Don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails.

Maybe when they've won the league Ryan and Rob can focus their attention on improving the shop sales department! 👎

A decent shop for a club who are enjoying a renewed and rapid surge of interest. As a fan who attends matches I'm writing this review in the spirit of constructive criticism, having both visited the shop recently, and placed an online order. It appears to be struggling to keep up with demand for all things Wrexham AFC.(merchandise and tickets).
Could probably do with upgrading the POS equipment and provide some retail service training to staff to improve customer experience.

I placed an order on December 4th. The banner at the top of the website stated guaranteed international delivery of orders placed before 12/6. I’ve since sent 6 emails asking for my shipping information or for them to cancel and refund my money. I have heard NOTHING from them. At this point I have no product, no shipping information and no refund. Basically I had over $50.00 US stolen from me. Buyer beware!!

TERRIBLE service!!!!!!

I placed an order on November 4, received notice it had been FILLED on November 23…and then nothing. Nada. Nil.

Credit card charged, but no item ever received.

I have contacted their listed Contact email FOUR times, requesting help or info, only to be sent the same form letter back saying I will get a tracking number when it is sent.

If the order has been filled nearly a MONTH ago as they claim, why wasn’t it sent???

So: No item I PAID for, no tracking number, no human response, no Christmas present for my son.

SO disappointed…We got such good vibes from the Wrexham documentary that inspired the purchase to begin with.
