Absolutely AWFUL customer service, I called up due to the website live chat service being unavailable and erroring every time I attempted to speak to someone. I tried to call.....13mins on hold listening to their god awful queue music and I just gave up. ALL I wanted to know is, do they have the stock in the store, if so, I would have bought it immediately. God knows how many sales they've lost through absolutely useless customer service. I will never shop here ever again
