Been trying to order a summerhouse with a grant from family Fund for my child with additional needs. I am unable to place the order, I cannot get in touch with them as their email and phone line are dead and the online contact page has a verification code which says it is wrong when it is not. I have tried various devices and various times of day and have contacted Family Fund to see if we can use a reliable local company as these appear to be either out of business or utterly incompetent

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very happy with quality and delivery of a trampoline. After reading some reviews I was a little concerned that the delivery would be a long wait as website stated none in stock, but after speaking with Jonathan who was very helpful I placed my order on Thursday and had my trampoline delivered by Monday morning. The delivery drivers even bought it into the hall for me. Trampoline is now up and my children love it. Thank you.Very happy customer.

Trying to purchase Summerhouse with grant from family fund for my child who has additional needs cannot use grant as prices too high and on top of price they want to charge extra £600 for building it and haven't got additional £1600 for that. Not a great range and not at affordable prices.

The worst company ever. Completely Avoid!! Ordered a 8x12 shed, which after weeks of waiting they delivered it completely smashed up and left it in the middle of my garden. It was through family fund a charity that helps disabled children because of that they wouldnt refund and only offered to send out pieces of wood so I can fix myself. The whole shed was smashed the wood was all split from the nails. In the end they came to collect but wouldn't send out a new one. Awful quality and company. I'm now without a shed or the funding as family fund took back the grant as it was out of it's time stamp. Gutted!!

I wouldn't even give it 1 star if it was an option. Phoned them to 'order' in March following an award of £350 for a trampoline. Yes, £350! To date I have never received the trampoline. I have waited more than 3 months for 'next day delivery'. They don't ever have stock in. Charging more than twice the amount of other major retailers who can keep them in stock. Family Fund refuse to cancel the voucher - so money meant for a disabled child is now lining the pockets of an unintended recipient. Family fund also refuse to swap to cash to buy trampoline - more than happy to provide proof of purchase. I suspect Atlantic Trampolines is a sham company skimming money from a charity. Sickening. As for my son, I am about to head to ASDA to buy him his own trampoline.

Guys....we have ordered wooden shed/Playhouse from Atlantic trampolines. They are fabulous. The shed is extremely sturdy and looks durable enough. We bought very big shed/Playhouse for my 2 boys. Also the driver was very kind, friendly and very Helpful. Great quality item. Go for it. Highly recommended. I will be buying more from them soon or in future.

Very disappointed. Ordered a lazy spa hot tub was awarded a voucher through Familyfund. On ordering Johnathan advised it would be 6-8 weeks on delivery. I went ahead & ordered. I rang after 6 weeks to ask how long or could give me an idea on when it would arrive. He then said it could take upto 12 weeks! Not what he said when originally first ordered. I cancelled the order straight away & contacted Familyfund they kindly cancelled the voucher & gave me a cash award. I ordered off a well know website & was delivered the week after thank goodness we did.

If I could give them no starts I would. We have been waiting 3 months for a summerhouse delivery, it has been cancelled 3 times at very short notice and we have got nothing but excuses from them. Shocking customer services and we still don't have the summerhouse. Do not buy from them!!
