I placed an order online for shoes size 42.5 EUR, the next day they say they made a mistake on the web, they do not have that size, they send me 42 or 43.
I ask the 42, they arrive and they are small. I have to send the package with an expense of € 16. They send me the 43.
They are exactly as small to me.
I use the size 42.5 EUR in all my New Balance shoes. I do not understand what type of size they work or how defective their shoes are.
I ask for explanations and they tell me to send them again. Loss of time and money.

Friendly staff here with time to check you're getting the right product. I always return my custom here.

Very bad customer service, I do not recommend it to anyone. They only think about money.

I will not buy again in this store
