I have 1:1 boxing sessions with Shawn 1-2 times per week and group sparring sessions. Great value for money, coaching, and environment to train.

Brilliant gym, full size boxing ring, padded matting around floor, plus exerciae machines, heavy punching bags, mma up stairs, changing rooms, kitchen, toilets.. Everything you need inc a friendly bunch of instructors.

Shawn is fantastic. This is a great gym, so friendly, brilliant atmosphere. Everyone is very helpful. Kids classes are exceptional.

My son jayden loves it here, great classes and well lead! Shawn is great with the kids, I would highly recommend 👌

Great club, I take my boys 10 and 6. Shawn is a great instructor, patient with the kids when they need it but also keeps them on their toes and keeps them focussed. Can't recommend it enough 😃
