Hi went to a childs party today having been to another Cardiff based trampoline park I was impressed with this place. There is a free large car park , plenty of lockers and changing areas, there is a amusement piece with a small selection of machines , a sweet and snack bar as well as a restaurant come dinner piece upstairs, there are various areas a small children's area with a boney castle and toys and balls a basketball area with a football shooting area a dodgeball court a large foam pit with two size free jump into the pit jumps a gladiator style balance and hit area aswell as two large jumping areas. To me the viewing from the upper level is a big bonus as you can mostly see all the areas if you are letting children to jump at their own pace, there us plenty of seating here and the restaurant area also a closed section for the parties. It is quite relaxed here also which you could think both views of . I thought it was a good fun day out my small child enjoyed it a lot they have the usual things restrooms etc, disabled access though I don't recall seeing a lift to the higher level I would phone to check suitability. Good fun day out.

A fun day out when it’s miserable weather for kids and adults alike. Came here on a cold and wet Sunday. A great Place to let the kids run absolutely wild without having to worry about them hurting themselves as the safety procedures that they have in place are excellent. You can as a parent get involved with the bouncing around or you can watch over from above so you never have to worry and you can always keep an eye out. Staff are really friendly too and they get involved in all the activities. Food isn’t bad either. They also have a great selection of drinks and sweets (that will keep them bouncing all night long😂) would definitely recommend this place whether it’s a random day out or a birthday party. Absolute FUN!!!

Great fun! Went with my parents, brother and niece. Something to do for everyone, 50 minutes is easily enough time to tire yourself out, cafe upstairs for drinks, buy a set of socks and keep them to revisit.

Good place for the kids to exert some energy. Amongst the endless trampolines there are also inflatable slides and a small amusement area. There is seating at ground level as well as upstairs overlooking the whole area. The diner was quiet when I arrived however it filled up quickly. We ordered a burger and chips for the kids which were a good portion and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and it was easy to find so overall a positive experience.

AVOID!!
Do not book a party here. Rushed, unclean, unsafe, undertrained staff. Health and safety in this place is a joke. No trained first aider on site. I left a complaint before leaving a review because I thought something would be resolved. Clearly not. . Will not return and neither will the 30 kids that attended. £360 what a shame, go to Buzz instead. They bring cake out to you before food? Strange. They hound you also for payment during the 1.5hour party. So I didn’t even have chance to see my little one play. Just terrible, never made my daughter feel like the birthday girl either. All the staff are 16 and have zero customer service skills which is understandable because of their age.Got charged for socks for the 1 year old to play- I got charged a full party member for her she was 1 and did not even bounce. I never know anyone to rush to make payment during a party paying £360 during a birthday party can become stressful and to this day I don’t even know who I paid for .

I was here with my boy for a birthday party last weekend. We had a fun time. My kid especially loved the foam pit and spinning thing. It was also really clean and you could tell the staff had good attention to details. And lastly big thanks to Mohamed for cheering my boy up at the end when he didn’t want to leave. 💯

I liked the sound of SupaJump as an American Themed trampoline park with American Diner and American Candy shop, however the experience wasn't what I expected.

The trampoline area is quite large with basketball hoops for slam dunks, free jump area, wall jumping and a foam pit for somersaulting and a large area for smaller children including inflatable slides and soft play/Jungle Jim.

There were numerous birthday parties there during my visit which actually became a nuisance if you're not a part of one. Entire areas of the trampoline park would be taken over by birthday parties making it difficult for regular users to find a space to jump. The loud music, repetition of conga lines/happy birthday songs and announcements became irritating very quickly.

The American Style cafe was disappointing although the food was reasonable quality and a good price. The seating was unsteady and broken, there were several large bins obstructing the walkways and the service was slow. The noise level was high and the cafe was cold for those people not trampolining.

The arcade was old and basic and the American Candy Store was little more than a typical local sweet shop. There is no pick and mix and the selection of sweets was poor, with no typically American items or anything to justify the term American Candy.

My kids told me they didn't want to go again. I think the place is great for organised birthday parties which seems to be where it excels, but for the casual user or older kids (8+?) another venue may be preferable.

Amazing value for money. The prices for food are the best around. The staff are friendly and approachable. The venue itself was amazing for my 7 and 3 year old! Highly recommend.
