Do not book a party here. Rushed, unclean, unsafe, undertrained staff. Health and safety in this place is a joke. No trained first aider on site. I left a complaint before leaving a review because I thought something would be resolved. Clearly not. . Will not return and neither will the 30 kids that attended. £360 what a shame, go to Buzz instead. They bring cake out to you before food? Strange. They hound you also for payment during the 1.5hour party. So I didn’t even have chance to see my little one play. Just terrible, never made my daughter feel like the birthday girl either. All the staff are 16 and have zero customer service skills which is understandable because of their age.Got charged for socks for the 1 year old to play- I got charged a full party member for her she was 1 and did not even bounce. I never know anyone to rush to make payment during a party paying £360 during a birthday party can become stressful and to this day I don’t even know who I paid for .
The trampoline area is quite large with basketball hoops for slam dunks, free jump area, wall jumping and a foam pit for somersaulting and a large area for smaller children including inflatable slides and soft play/Jungle Jim.
There were numerous birthday parties there during my visit which actually became a nuisance if you're not a part of one. Entire areas of the trampoline park would be taken over by birthday parties making it difficult for regular users to find a space to jump. The loud music, repetition of conga lines/happy birthday songs and announcements became irritating very quickly.
The American Style cafe was disappointing although the food was reasonable quality and a good price. The seating was unsteady and broken, there were several large bins obstructing the walkways and the service was slow. The noise level was high and the cafe was cold for those people not trampolining.
The arcade was old and basic and the American Candy Store was little more than a typical local sweet shop. There is no pick and mix and the selection of sweets was poor, with no typically American items or anything to justify the term American Candy.
My kids told me they didn't want to go again. I think the place is great for organised birthday parties which seems to be where it excels, but for the casual user or older kids (8+?) another venue may be preferable.
