We first came across the wonder that is John Fitzpatrick when he was working within the NHS and boy were we were very lucky to find John. My husband had suffered a severe road accident injury and we were advised by the surgeon that he would never get full range of motion back. Thanks to the dedication and detremination of John, my husband surpassed all expectations, the best day ever was when he walked into see John on crutches and came out later with just a walking stick. We have been to John a few times over the years and he has always managed to sort out our injuries, strains ans sprains. I would not hesitate to recomend John and the other Physios at tbe practice.

If you have a teenager in need a Physio go and see Chris Keevil. I can't recommend Chris highly enough. He engages with them on their level and makes the exercises fun and doable. My son is super sporty and regularly suffering the knocks and sprains that sport gives and Chris always gets him back to full fitness asap.

Great analysis and treatment. Was seen by Chris, who very quickly identified the issue with a knee strain from cycling and set to treating it. Within two visits my knee felt 100% better and with his guidance am now back to solid training. Thanks Chris!

I came in with pain that had been bothering me for almost a year, and within 3 sessions John has helped me reduce it to a fraction of what it was less than a month ago; I am now on track to fully get rid of the problem. He's really helpful and pays great attention to detail, with a proper physical examination (not just during the initial assessment but in the on-going sessions too) - I highly recommend him, and will be back in the future if I need physiotherapy again.

Exercises to do she was very professional and encouraging.
She motivated me to doing all the exercises that were on the charts she was very encouraging , that I kept them up when she wasn’t here, I had six sessions with her. I can now walk with a walking stick Her name was Aimee I don’t know her
sir name. but thanks to her I am much better .

I went to this Physio after I suffered from a sprained ankle. I was very happy with the treatment. The receptionists are very effitient and they helped me understand the insurance claims (I have never claimed anything before so had no clue). They have wifi, TV, magazines, drinks and snacks and it is super clean and pretty. My Physio was Chris and he is excelent but also super nice! I was actually looking forward to my appointments. It really made a different to my healing process and to this day I have no recurrent pain at all. Would recommend for sure.

You feel looked after the moment you walk in! The receptionists are lovely and friendly. I have been treated by both John and Chris at different times and I would highly recommend this practice!

Whilst I have seen John and Chris for many years, who are very good, Sonia makes the relationship unpleasant and no longer viable to continue to be a client. Aggressive, argumentative, and rude. Now after many many years of paying by BACS (ahead of the appointment), which is instant transfer, they will now only take debit card payment over the phone - not credit card. I am not, for security reasons, willing to give my debit card over the phone. However, with them it is that or do not come. I have never encountered such aggressive unfriendly business practices, and it is bizarre dealing with a rude admin Manager and then the most wonderful physiotherapist (I mostly see Chris). Unfortunately, you can only ignore being treated like this for so long, and I have had enough.
