Been using Rob, Jo and Millie for a couple of years for Pilates classes, tennis elbow and other soft tissue problems. Never less than professional, very friendly, and have used unconventional techniques successfully in solving a problem which a lesser physio (elsewhere) had misdiagnosed and treated incorrectly. Fully recommended.

I've been going to pilates classes at Physio 1to1 for close to 7 years and have also had several rounds of treatment for a completely unrelated shoulder injury and recovery from a hip transplant. Physio 1to1 are not only really very good at what they do but they are highly professional, genuinely concerned about the welfare of their clients, and generally from top to bottom a real pleasure to deal with.
Their pilates classes are all small, 3 or 4 clients only, so that the instructor can not only ensure that each exercise is done correctly by each one of us (very important) but can also tailor the exercises to the requirements of each person in the class. I have a knee replacement op coming up and Jo (the instructor) will often give me different exercises to the other 2 guys.
I have no hesitation whatever in warmly recommending Physio 1to1 for both small class pilates and general physiotherapy. I shall have some more of the latter soon, I hope, as part of the recovery process from my knee op.

Excellent Clinic. Friendly and professional atmosphere from the minute you walk in the door, the Reception staff offering a warm welcome.
Excellent practioneers who carefully explain treatment that is needed. Useful home programmes are set out to hasten recovery.
Would highly recommend the clinic for injuries and Pilatesl

The 3 stars is not a reflection on the physio treatment, but of the cusomer service I received.
I booked online, paid online, and got an email confirmation of the appointment, but when I went for the appointment there was no record of it on their system, and no appointment available. The receptionist was very apologetic, and offered me an appointment the next day, but there was no mention of any refund/discount until I asked for it. They gave me a 20% discount, which I felt was little more than a token gesture given that the error was entirely their fault, and to make the new appointment I had to take more than an hour off work, when I had specifically booked the original appointment on my day off. If we had double booked a customer where I work, we would have rebooked them and refunded them for that session as a matter of course.
The reason I didn't just cancel the appointment is because I had previously been treated by Helen elsewhere.

I can't recommend Physio 1 to 1 enough. I saw Helen after having a trapped nerve in my neck. She was professional and I trusted every word she said. After 4 weeks of treatment, I was 100% better and i can't thank her enough.

I started treatment with Jo 4 months after I broke my knee. I was in a lot of pain and my mobility was very compromised. Straight away i started to get great results and the pain started to ease. 2 months of intense physio I can now run! Highly recommend. Thank you Janet

Flawless Service! Due to a back problem I called up Physio 1to1. I booked the next available slot for a physio session. This came in two parts: a Zoom call exploring the circumstances of the injury and an in person consultation in the Clinic. Both the call and the clinic visit were very professional and reassuring. The clinic visit itself was COVID secure at all times, with PPE and hand cleaning being mandatory from the outset. I would highly recommend the service and the cost for what in effect was 2 consultations being £78 total I thought it was great value. Jo and Milly (each of the physios for the two sessions) were brilliant!
