The treatment I received was outstanding. Friendly and helpful receptionists and it was very easy to book an appointment over the phone or in person. My physio Jenna was brilliant in helping me to prepare for my first marathon. She was friendly, listened to me, gave me great treatment in the session as well as exercises to do at home. She also gave great advice down to good socks and how to tape my knees. It is down to Jenna that I survived the hottest London Marathon to date and enjoyed it! I am very grateful and would highly recommend her. I’ll miss our sessions!!

Fantastic standard of service and care in a nice environment. It was my first time having physio and was a bit nervous about going, but the team really put me at ease. My physio John took great care in helping me understand the status of my injury and the best exercises for rehab, all with good humour and kindness. Easy to book appointments with very friendly reception staff as well. Thank you!

Last year I badly injured my wrist (it has been dodgy for years), but after a few months of physio with Courtney at Vita Crystal Palace I am almost completely healed. Before I could hardly hold a pan or kettle without experiencing sharp pain, now I can do yoga moves like Down Dog and plank with no pain at all.

I was given fantastic advice and exercises that really helped, alongside great massages that really relieved the aches and pains I felt. Definitely would recommend.

Cannot imagine how this company has retained the NHS contract as it is run incredibly badly. Nearly a year since referral I still have same problem with no suggestion of trying something different. I have not seen the same phsio twice in all this time so start from scratch virtually with each appointment and presumably the NHS have to pay each time. New IT system does not seem fit for purpose either.

Consistent below average service
-Latest is their cancellation with less than 24 notice.
-Only given exercises via email not show at time of consultation. Then told will be discharged after only two sessions.
-Put into a room where 6 other sessions going on. Can't hear what your therapist is telling you.hard to concentrate like this.

I've tried to ask go to be referred to a different organisation however apparently Vita have the physio contract.

Endless waiting times for appointments and cancelled appointments. Complete waste of time. I've needed an MRi for over a year, but they just bounced me around the system. Finally get the MRi but only for 1 of my 2 ankle injuries, to find three grade-2 tears to my ligaments. Still waiting to get the other ankle scanned.

The physios I see are helpful but I do believe that communication could be improved with their colleagues or they know what reason their client is seeing them about and not confuse them especially if they’re seeing different people for different things exercises for certain things I think would be better on paper rather then by email or text when people are not sure how to get into them. My knee gave way in March last year and still not had scan done at the request of my drs only a while back exercises don’t help it as knee is still swollen a bit. Can’t believe I’m actually back again after about a year and nearly two years after my knee gave way but still having problems hopefully this time there might be more communication between everyone involved this time around look forward to seeing you all again soon

I went there with a hamstring issue and they provided good advice. After following the recommended exercises for about two months I felt back to normal.
The staff were friendly and they took sensible covid measures.
Also the wait was fairly short which was good.
