When I first attended this clinic my only method of locomotion was cycling as I had a prolapsed disc as well as cervical issues. Three sessions later and I was as new. All the NHS A&E had done for me was to leave me on a hospital gurney before sending me away with a few photocopied sheets of advice about back exercises.
