I have been seeing Steve at Greater London Therapies for a regular deep tissue massage for over 10 years. His expertise has helped my recovery from various injuries and niggles caused by regular exercise and just getting older. Steve supports both my physical and mental wellbeing, understanding that any physical discomfort has an impact on wider health. I have been seeing Steve for around 10 years now as a sports massage therapist . Initially I had some niggles training for a marathon which Steve sorted helping me get a sub 4 hour time . In the last 7 years however he has helped me run over 15,000 miles including the Marathon Des Sables ultra marathon 4 times . Steve listens to what I think needs attention , deals with that and then find problems that were in the making and resolves them before they become a real issue . I see Steve about once a month and would recommend to any runner who wants to run for as long as possible . Oh and he is a great guy with it too .

Truely professional service and experience received from Steve. Great after care advice and skin lotion always offered to help with skin repair. Very knowledgeable, making the treatment painless as possible.
