I was then recommended to go and see the team at back to basics therapies. I met Paul who is a true professional. He asked my history and asked about how my pain presented and how it affected me. After some time he recommended acupuncture treatments, which honestly I was dubious about trying.
I should not have been. Paul expertly applied just 6 needles and made me feel relaxed. For the duration of the treatment we just talked, like old friends having coffee in a kitchen, making the whole experience feel effortless. The results. For the first time in years I could move. Bend. Hug my kids without the constant ache that I had lived with.
He gave me back the life I thought had gone with a professional approach and a friendly delivery. I could not recommend him more. Whatever you need please give this company your time. They will give you back you that you want.
For years I’ve tried different therapists - nhs and private none of which were successful in helping me. Paul, however, pulled me out from some real bad times when I was struggling to walk, sit and even stand. More than that he will go out of his way to make sure you get seen as soon as possible when you need it most.
After regular visits I haven’t had any bad episodes and it feels like my back is starting to heal after so many years.
My mum had an accident at work, damaging her back causing sever pain daily. The top consultants in the country told her she would be in pain for the rest of her life and need to pay for injections every 6 months to reduce the pain. After just one session she left pain free and spent months being treated by Paul remaining pain free. Paul is very honest and doesn't recommend more sessions than you need. His advice and knowledge is incredible and he has continued to study throughout my time knowing him. I can't speak highly enough of the man! Thank you Paul!
Thanks Paul!
After my last chiropractor's departure from London, it has taken me over 2 years to find an equally high-level practitioner to replace him and I should add; that I've seen my fair share of physio-therapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, so I can easily make comparisons....Paul is amongst the best I've ever seen.
Equipped with a comprehensive and high-level skill set, you are figuratively and literally in good hands.
I've had an issue with my back and shoulder for a while, owing to bad posture working at a desk and constantly looking down at my phone.
I've been to see Paul a few times and its always a great experience - nothing like the lazy massages you get in Spa's. Paul has a gift and what sets him apart is his passion for wellness through massage!
