I would have scored zero if possible. I'm 54 years old and I have never been in any kind of shop that has been so rude. Not just to me.. The poor fella in front of me at the checkout was told "tough, company policy".
When I first entered the shop I asked a member of staff for a particular trainer, to which she replied "I'll call someone". When her colleague finally appeared(with a look of contempt) I asked her for my size in the trainer, she asked me if I wanted to try them on to which I replied "yes please, because you don't have a refund policy". She looked at me as if I'd stolen her make up (apologies, but I think that's the most valued thing to her)..
When she returned approximately 10 minutes later, she basically threw them at me. (her parents and employers must be so proud).
I'm not one to complain/moan but they will never get another penny of my money.
Absolutely diabolical manners.
Shame on you sports direct.....

I'm standing in the store. I asked the security person if there is any colleague near shoes because I couldn't see anyone. He replied to me very rudely, and i quote " He is there helping a customer. You have to be patient ".
I just asked him once and he was so rude as if i asked him hundreds of times. After 5 to 8 seconds, I saw him getting rude with another customer. Again, he told him to be patient. I work in security myself, and I would never treat a customer like this. Sports Direct should talk to the agency they are in contract for security.

Was the only person in the shop shortly after it had opened. The 3 members of staff there were talking amongst themselves. As soon as they saw me enter the shop they all looked at me then started laughing amongst themselves. One of the ladies walked off and went to the back of the shop. Returning shortly after, when she came back the 3 of them continued to talk amongst themselves. Not acknowledging me as a customer, no hello or how can I help you? No point of working in retail if you lack basic customer service skills or home training!

I went to pick up a package that I ordered to be picked up at the store and the manager was horribly rude telling me that the package wasn’t there then walk away as she was wearing headphones the whole time that she was there being rude as well to other staff that was helping me with my order which she found. While I was walking out I ask her name and she said it wasn’t my business and to get out of her store. Totally disrespectful. Don’t really know how this can be a manager.

Last two weeks I spend more then £350 this shop when I went there staff very rude. Just now I wos try to shopping for my kids when I went to till she wos very rude and I left everything and I don't go this shop anymore. You can check CCTV for 2 /10/2022 time 13.00 .thanks very one.

The worst service in the world, the staff made me cry. It turns out that here it is forbidden to try several pairs in a row, since it is “difficult to pot them back after”. I was treated so rudely that I cried (although it is hard to make me cry and I am always very nice to the staff, since I work with people + it is my first day in live in London, you could imagine how happy I was). I asked the employee to speak more politely, to which he answered me “and what will you do to me?”. the employee was so rude that I thought he would do something to me. Complained to the administration, there was NO reaction at all. it feels like all offended by life people are working here, you all guys need psychotherapy or quit the work if you hate work with people

The lady in the shop that served me was unhelpful and miserable. Maybe someone should teach them basic manners and customer service. Avoid!

The worse customer service , extremely unprofessional you can’t find anyone to help and if you do they look like they are in something. Scary situation i will never visit that store again .
