Poor customer service. NO one answer the phone. Long waits in the Q.Poor stock controller magment neve have stuff in medim size, They don't care about their customer 🙄 all that they care about is your money. Would give them 0 stats if I could

Went down here this evening with went to ask if they sell EVERLAST rate activity tracker watch for my mum as she wanted one aswell. The member of staff he wasn't helpful at all just said in an offish way " what you talking about I've never heard of that we don't sell it or the Harlow town store doesn't either " he just stood there on his phone and didn't want to know at all well Harlow town store does sell them as that's where I got mine from!

Would rate less stars if I could. The manager here is always so rude, unapproachable and argumentative. Avoid this store and go to the one at the water gardens - staff aren’t much more approachable there but I’ve been in the queens gate store many times and the manager is plain rude. I simply said “excuse me” to have them turn around and huff and say “yeh”. Shocking behaviour and you can imagine how the staff mirror the behaviour of this is their supposed superior. I could write every experience but there would be no point. Just a heads up not to bother trying to ever complain because the managers attitude is just as rubbish as the rest.

Never answer their phone for stock enquiries. Why have a number if you don’t answer phone. Also why is your company changing for deliver over £70. Ridiculous

Waiting to be served to get some trainers in the right size for my daughter there was no one on shop floor, so I asked the male staff member on the door if someone is working on the department and if they can help us. I was told one member of staff was working the shop floor. I waited another 10 minutes still no service, the one young girl working the shop floor was too busy by the entrance door talking to another staff member who had finished her shift about their personal lives outside of work. She was asked by the male door staff member, she ignored him and ignored me. I put the trainer back on the shelf which fell and the staff member (who had finished) got snotty with me and said you could just say excuse me. I replied I have been waiting and asked already you are paid to serve customers not ignore them and discuss your personal lives. To which then I was called rude by the one who had finished her shift. I'm sorry but your two female staff members were rude and have no customer service skills.

It's no wonder people shop online. Careless customer service. All we wanted was a pair of running shoes. How many times can you be told they haven't got the size with such a lack of interest. So draining. Don't waste your time.
