Went to this store today to purchase a shoe , while I was trying the shoes , in the shoe box, the shoes came with a extra free shoe lace, when I was about to buy the store staff secretly removed those extra shoe laces from the box and told me would you like to buy an extra shoe lace white ones for £10 , why would I pay extra , if those shoes already has a free white lace inside. I think the staff in this store is making side money by removing these free items from the box and reselling them to the customers.

Dishonest staff. I will escalate this issue to your headoffice .

Staff are not welcoming customers

Poor knowledge with shoes or clothing

Poor staff communication between them.

No one really gives a *hit.

Staff are not attentive towards customers.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Please avoid this store , unless you want to get ripped of by the store staff .

Harrow branch service awful
I placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers on 01/03/2022, I received 1 pair of trainers that I ordered but instead of my second pair I received someone else's order.
I contacted customers services who advised to to return to my local store which I did (Harrow branch).
When I went to the store I had to explain multiple times what had happened they finally took the trainers with the delivery note for the correct recipient, they did not give me any return documents.
I still have not received my correct trainers that where missing, due to the store not answering their customer service calls or emails. I have attempted to call the store myself but again no answer.
It has been almost 10 day and customer services can't send me my item till the store confirms that I returned the wrong item.

Awfal staff. They said 10% student discount and side accessory free. When i was about to pay there were trying to charge me for the wipes and they said they can't offer for free.

Worst company I ever bought item from
Within last 15 years I always use jd to buy item from but last experience I have had with jd make me a very angry
There was problem on the website so i call the company and order over the phone everything was fine and after that for some reason money is return back in to my account and then jd didn’t send any emails ,text or phone call and i call the jd to make a payment and customer service representative said none of item that i choose is in stock
I know that I am only one customer and I am not that important for jd but still I am not going to buy anything from jd again

Absolutely disgusted! Waited for 30 minutes to get a pair of shoes to try, and when I asked the staff where are they I get completely ignored, while other customers got their shoes while waiting less than 5 minutes. Very disappointed! Don't recommend this shop!

Staff are so rude! I had to give 1 star just so I can write this review but they don't deserve any stars.
They made a mistake by giving me someone else's parcel, when I came back to return it to them they blamed me for not checking it! Staff was so rude she argued with me infront of my kids!
Also the messiest jd I have ever been too.

Visited Harrow JD today for an exchange and staff were very efficient and helpful! Having 3 teenagers I’m always in JD for their clothes and footwear so I’ve been to quite a few but this Was probably the best JD store staff I’ve encountered !

Just went in to buy a few things and was faced with absolutely disgusting behaviour from one staff member - Asst: 014, Clerk: 007. One of the items which I was purchasing did not have a barcode on it, this cashier asked me to go and find a new one and bring her the barcode. Correct me if I am wrong, but are they not paid to do these things? I declined and asked if she can ask one of her colleagues who were just walking around as the store was not at all busy, within seconds another member of staff bought the item over for scanning. Needless to say the cashier was annoyed and forgot how to use 'please' and 'thank you'.....simply grunted..."do you want a bag?", "take out your card". JD train your staff or at least reprimand them for providing useless service!!!
