On Friday 26th August at 4, I asked one of the staff to get me a pair of shoes but he said his colleague would be there in a few minutes to help me. The colleague came and I was really offended by the treatment from him, the fact that I gave him a shoe and asked for a pair of them, he put it down and served someone else who came after me as they called him, made me really angry. He could've finished the job he started and got me the pair of shoes I asked for in a quick amount of time. It wouldn't hurt him to get the one pair I asked for before serving someone else who came after me. I ended up putting the shoe back and left at 5.
What a waist of time!

I went to buy some waterproof shoes.
I wait almost one hour to be brought to me 2 pairs of shoes to try.
One staff was even rude and disrespectful.
I got what I needed after I spoke with a supervisor .
Never going back to that store.
Good luck with shopping there.

Has everything you need both for sports equipment /accessories and fashion trends at fairly reasonable. Can be busy during school holidays . Free parking for about 2 hours

Shockingly amazing experience with the staff, especially that Arabian guy at downstairs men are. He is so humble and kind and helped my mom lot,for our Christmas shopping

I were so lost in store today but that guy in glasses named Muhammad guided me through all and treated me and my family so well 👌👌 really cooperative staff member and yes I have to buy some more stuff for Christmas give me extra discount please 😝😝

If you're having a good day and feel guilty for being happy then go to Sports Direct in Valley Park for a dose of pure doom and gloom !!

I went there today to buy my son some football boots. After choosing 3 pairs I asked an "assistant" (that's false advertising for a start) if she could help me and get me the boots in size 5. She said - please wait and walked off to the back of the store.....never to return. After about 10 minutes I saw another employee and went over to ask her for help. As I asked for the boots in a size 5 she looked at me with a blank expression and continued to pretend reading a label on the shelf. I naturally assumed she didn't hear me, so I repeated myself. Again, no response from her, and she walked passed me as if I didn't exist.

I've worked in retail for almost 25 years so I've had my fair share of difficult customers. But I was as polite as possible and felt embarrassed standing in the middle of the store clutching 3 football boots.

It's not the most glamorous place to work and I get people do have bad days, but there's no excuse for being out right rude and lazy / incompetent in doing your job.

So avoid this place at all costs.....unless you have sado-masochistic tendencies.

Had to give a 1 star review because there's no option to give zero stars !!

Very very bad customer service.
I bought clothing worth £40 and when I went to return the products they denied the return because I had misplaced the tickets. I gave them the exact time of purchase, the till I shopped at but they said they couldn’t accept the return or let me even exchange it. I was ready to shop something immediately but no they said nothing could be done.
Horrible experience, never stepping again.

Awful. Just awful. Lack of staff. Those that are there are overworked, underpaid and don't care about their customers or serving them. Waited 20 minutes to try and buy some trainers before I gave up.

WILL ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT ON RETURNS !!!

If possible stay away. Sutton store is sooooo much better.
