I have been Customer for long time. I bought a product yesterday and went to return today with receipt the guy said we cant return because it is not resale condition . The way they treat me was shocking will never go to this shop and don't recommend anyone ..... Thank you for awful customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would have done that. Bought some trainers for my daughter and on the box the price was £20. I queried it and the VERY rude manager, Emel ??, refused to honour that price, saying someone had put the price on it. I was given the box as it was on the sale table. He told me to pay the original price or leave it - it was my choice. He said he didn't have to honour the price on the box and also then REFUSED to give me his name, when I asked. I will report this rude man and refuse to use his store ever again. His poor staff member looked so embarrassed by his responses.

You can't shop here unless you bring your own bags or are willing to spend £1.50 on their bags. I probably won't come to this particular Sports Direct again.
