Normally I'm doing online shopping but we decided with my husband we will shopping in store yesterday. We bothe one clothes for my husband for 150 so we are ready to pay but for some reason my bank card not working I tru two 2 times and the lady behind the tills don't want me to try again but I did because I know I have couple of thousand on my card but in 3 time as well not working. So I tell the girl do you want me to go to the site so I can fined out what happen with my card and you can serve other customers. She replied " no I just want you to pay" so then we use cash luckily we have cash with us . We give 160 and the girl say we give just 140 . My husband say to her count again I know I give you 160 then she makes face and count again and then she say" 160 my bad " what kind of costumers service is that?? Monday I will go and refund my money and never buy anything from here.

The saturday till staff girl really big headed and rude no customer service skills not sure why she's working in a field where she has to deal with customers.
She cant place a shoe box in a bag and I had to show her how it's done its embarrassing.
Big up to the guy who help me with my trainers really friendly and professional I will give him 5 stars 🌟.

Staff not trained in BASIC customer service. It’s really terrible how they handle paying customers. From start to finish the whole experience was horrific, walked into the store and asked for help and was passed on to a different staff member 5 times. Complained to the manager to stated blankly at us. Avoid if you can!!

It's Sunday they should be open at 11:00 it's 11:42 and there still not open

Today I received Poorest customer service ever from startford JD branch!! Shocking behaviour from staff and manager Nick. Eventually they are cheating customer with wrong price tag!!!

Very happy with the customer service and warm welcome from the manager Gabriela.

Typical JD, got some nice clearance stuff there few days ago.
