Sports Direct

Range of stock is very minimal and all of it seems the same. Wanted gym wear but nothing is really there despite being a sports shop. Staff seem uninterested too.

Manager is very rude, doesn't know how to speak with customers, we bought a Nike shoes from this shop, in just 2 months it got a hole from the toe side. We went their for the exchange, he rudely said we cannot exchange it, because of 28 days return policy. The shoes was worth £45 and in just 2 months it got damaged, so not even sure they are selling original company shoes.

Manager should learn how to speak with their customers. Reminder to everyone if you want quality products don't even think of going here.

Great to have this shop so close to home. A good variety of shoes and kit.

Went to pick up a collection at 5:30 the shop is already closed! Amend your opening times or check on your employees as they are obviously doing something dodgy!

The most ridiculous service I have ever received. Purchased a pair of UA socks, walked out the shop and then realised I had picked up a size too big. I returned to the store to exchange for a more suitable size and despite the fact I haven’t even open or worn the thing, I was told I couldn’t exchange the product.

If I had worn them I would have totally understood the policy but I think it’s absolutely non-valid policy for unworn/untouched product.

Fix up Sports direct.

They have changed closing hours without updating on Google maps.

Bought 2 pairs of £50 shoes. Both pairs were ruined after about 5 uses each.

On the black pair the back of the shoe wore away which revealed a sharp metal bit which dag into the back of my foot causing it to bleed.

On the blue pair the sole detached from one of the shoes rendering them unusable.

This was during lockdown when the shops weren't open, I emailed Sports Direct and they didn't do anything for me, they just said go in when they are open... I was very disappointed by this response considering I was sold such poor quality products.

I have now been shopping at MandMdirect online and the £40 pair of running shoes I have now used about 50 times and they are still in completely good condition!

They say they close on 6pm but at 17:30 this was me, ruined my whole evening i came here expecting shop to be open, adjust your opening times if this is the case! Joke company, cornershop behaviour
