Sports Direct

Poor customer service. Asked for help didn't get any. Walked out without buying what I went in for. Will not be returning. Was talking to a man on the bus on the way home he said he wanted to make a purchase but just gave the items to the security guard on the way out due to poor customer service. Can you sports direct afford to loose customers ? Will not be returning to the store again.

Big store with lots of ranges of clothes that are on "buy 2 or 3 and save" but they dont seem to have many in my size. Plenty of size 10s but most people and 14/16 so they should stock more in that range. There are never enough staff on the tills. They might be behind the checkouts but they always seem to be doing something more important then serving the ever increasing queue.

Worst customer service in Worcester. Only has 1 person manning the upstairs section and when I asked them to get my size from the stock room (had been patiently waiting for 15mins and had already tried downstairs, who said they wouldn't do it for me) he said he was too busy and walked off 🙄

Cannot understand why I need to pay more for a defective pair of shoes only because they are not available in the store but only on the website.
These mistakes have been solved a dozen years ago since logistics got better but, some shops (like this one) have no policies for situations where it’s their responsibility to replace the defective item.
And I need to pay 7.49 for a delivery that had to be done yesterday :))

This is legitimately THE worst store. The most unpleasant and difficult shopping experience going. You don’t expect much from a SportsDirect anyway, their archaic returns policies are ridiculous at best, but this store is honestly a joke. Their customer service team are seriously unhelpful. You’ll be directed up and downstairs a million times because floor staff are incompetent. The floor of their changing rooms is digusting (lots of hair and dirty plasters). And when you do finally try to pay, the checkout is painfully slow. God help anyone who needs to make a return… it’s a “great” business approach, because I now have a credit note with ZERO intention of ever spending money in there again.

Been picking new trainers today for my son and the help of staff was amazing. Came out satisfied and had some laugh. 5* for customer service.

Don't shop here they over charge you at the till refund you the full amount back on your card that takes 3-5 days and then want you to pay again the correct price.
So your out of pocket the next five days for there mistake expecting to take 2 lots of money for one product is robbery.

Only three staff working in a vast store, only one on checkout despite 15 minute queue. Manager surly and refused to serve. Prices unreasonable for quality of products, discounts only to normal prices elsewhere. Don't bother.
