Well the store is a nice size and has a good selection of everything, some of the prices are pretty good too. But that's where the positives end. The customer service is very poor, staff don't seem to care about the customer and carry a I can't be bother attitude. Purchased lots of things on my visit, and the staff couldn't even do a simple thing of asking if we needed a bag. Something I had to ask for after we had already paid, the staff member then got in a huff about having to put a 5p transaction through, no doubt because it hits his average basket spend.
Personally i would shop there again, but only if I didn't have another option at the time as I'd go elsewhere as I don't like feeling lonely me an inconvenience to people when I'm spending my money that helps keep them in a job.

Friendly helpful staff, with a great selection of sports clothing, equipment and for your fashion needs. With some great bargains to be had. Free parking for 2 hours, and management of footfall under covid-19 rules is done really well.

A fantastic place to shop, the staff are so helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. We love Ann Marie, as she always gives practical advice on outdoor hiking kit. Thanks Ann, we love you 😍

You should really readdress your store. I almost walked to the warehouse of Tesco mistakenly.

Lack of choice, lack of staff on the shop floor to help. Hardly anything in my size which is a normal standard size 8 womens. The two stars goes to the person that served me at the till as she was great.
