Unfortunately I had to go to my credit card company to register a complaint to get a refund as the owner didn’t ship the goods to me and then repeatedly said it was a accounts issue and the refund had been paid back to my card which it hadn’t.there is No landline phone number just a mobile number to gain contact.The phone never rings you just have to leave a message to get contact.if you want your money taken from your card and you don’t receive the goods then have issues getting a refund back then by all means deal with this company.

Awful way to do business. Ordered a tee shirt nearly six weeks ago but still no sign. Contacted useless owner many times but fails to get back to me. Will have to visit store myself to find out what is going on. Not happy. Very very poor customer service.

Bought Wales shirt online and found sizing a little small. Arranged swap at the store in Brynmawr with Matt. Really helpful to arrange rather than send back in post. Would definitely recommend.
