Sports Direct

Inspires no confidence to buy from shops. Was bought a present of a pair of waterproofs, but they were the wrong size. Would they exchange? No they would not. Waterproofs to charity shop and will just buy some online at least they can be exchanged.

Please stop chatting the female up in "game" and do the job you are paid for.
I know we were all young and we did this, but when it goes to the extent where the customer has to go look for you EVERY SINGLE TIME after being handed the shoes, is a bit annoying.
The shoes feel like they are non legit. Their sizes are terribly wrong!
Went to TKMax and found 3 pairs in literally 5 minutes.

Took some clothes back and was refused a cash refund,when I asked why,it's not company policy there's a sign saying that,well the sign is covered when put your clothes on the counter and the other is on your receipt,then it's to late you've bought your clothes,will never shop there again

Clean and tidy, stock well presented, seems to have all makes sizes on the floor, staff member who helped us was polite and helpful. Rest of staff seemed to be having a chit chat, probably because the store was empty and well presented so nothing to do I suppose.
Happy with purchase all in all good experience was had.

Most of the staff were happy to assist us today in trying on shoes for our children’s return to school. But the short young lad with mousey hair was quite obviously put out by our request to try a smaller size. I really don’t think.customer service is his forte. He doesn’t seem to really enjoy being there.

I usually like Sports Direct but I do not like the one at Haverfordwest. It's a small store compared to others and it feels overcrowded with clothes. I feel staff are not that pleasant there either. I would rather travel to the sports direct shop in Swansea than shop here.

Very poor quality items. Bought a pair of Nike Air Max for £90 and air system went within a week. Bought a pair of adidas runners and soles gone in 3 months. Sports Direct sell fake items and seconds. Always have a sale on. The half price items that have never been full price, lol. Gave one star as there are some good staff there. Don't waste you're money. Go to JD and pay that little bit extra.

I required some water proof walking boots, they had 55% off the ones l liked the lady got them promptly and we were out in 15 min wonderful service hate shopping so love it when its quick!
