Went in here to get some very urgent printing done. They were very professional and did a excellent job. They have good selection of stock and had a great ability to serve multiple customers at once in a very friendly manner with great customer service.

The staff are always professional, polite & especially helpful. Top marks guys & girls. Keep up the great work

Bought some £2.99 luggage labels in the Tunbridge Wells branch and served by a very surly lady by the name of De whoes till told her that they were £3.49. I questioned it and was told "that's what the till says.", she did not offer to check. I paid, but went back to the shelf to retrieve the price marker and presented it at the till to show her. I was refunded the 50p but at no point was an apology given. De couldn't be bothered! Not your usual customer service you are usually very helpful and friendly.

£2,50 for a printed paper and £3 if you want some tape to place it on your parcel?!? Support local business? Not like this thanks.
