Really good shop and very helpful.
Customer services just like the old days.
All the same services and more.... Books, magazines, Lottery, Kids books pens and felt-tips, higher end pens cartridges and refills, Greetings and Birthday cards please go take a look.
We haddent been in a Smiths for years but needed to find somewhere to go to so I could check out ink cartridge sizes as I didnt know what my pen took.
They do more in the shop than I thought PLEASE DONT LET THEM GO THE WAY OF WOOLWORTHS.

If you like your shops to be shiny bright, then this shop mught be little sombre for you. But it has most of the stationery you may require in your home or for the office. It is a 'pop in and out shop' and if you fancy lunch, there are the inevitable meal packages that may interest you, or a newspaper or even a book to walk out with. There are queues at times, so be prepared to wait. Enjoy.

Very good stationers! There are plenty of products of all kinds, including books. There is also a photo booth machine inside the shop. The staff are really friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Asked a staff member on the shop floor about ordering a book. I was told ‘till’.
After queuing, the till staff didn’t know how to order and had to call over the floor staff.

After some deliberating I was informed that they can’t order books even if they’re listed on their web site. Confusingly the web site offers store collection.
No liaison between their on line services and their outlets?

In the end I was told to try Waterstones. Great business plan

It's a big shop and visiting on the run up to Christmas... it was very busy.

The service was quite poor today. The young manager seemed to be very over zealous; ordering people to wear masks, pay at the till. The when I glanced at a paper to check the price he asked if I was planning to buy it! I don’t think I will go back here again.

At present there is no cashier where you can play any loterry or they do not want to come and help you either. No help provided to buy a product only the self check out.This bad. At least 0ne people at the till please. I know you are having problem to get staff during the pandemic . I understand.Many thanks.
