I went there to top up my son's pencil case's. Basic stuff like print stick glue were out of stock - middle size, so I did not have the choice but buy the biggest one which was a bit pricey. Rubbers, sharpeners were all mixed up. Different sizes were different prices - huge choice,but because it was all mixed up it took forever to get/find what I want. I had to keep checking the prices, which were on the top of this big tray.
Pencil - not much choice again . At the till,was no one so I went to self check out. Self check out didn't have the 3 for 2 offer in it so I had to find someone to help. By the time I left, I had enough.
Saying that,the gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional.

Good for popular books greetings cards and all stationery. Advantage is there is a large post office counter on the first floor and this is now fully accessible.

Nice customer service but the layout of the shop is awful. Dim lighting, crowded shelves and poor balling of prices. Always a chore to visit and often avoid if possible.

It's one of the smaller stores with limited stock choice but is alright. Has a decent selection of newspapers and the stationary is pretty decent for a mainstream store. Travel books are a bit limited when it comes to selection, so you're better off going to a larger store or even somewhere like Waterstones in Wimbledon.

Dear Readers, I would like to warn people who use the DHL service in the Tandem Centre WH Smith. When you send a parcel or letter please make sure you use your full name as in your passport. As it was not pointed out to me by the shop worker and it delayed my parcel for over a week, giving me nightmares.

A run down and expensive shop. It was empty which wasn't suprising. I'm always wondering who exactly keeps WHS trading.

I'm a regular customer of this store for the past ten years and it has always been lovely experience and good customer service until today. During our visit today ( we have made a purchase so not just browsing), my 4 year old daughter accidentally knocked down a couple plastic bottles on the bottom shelf, my daughter picked them up right away and put them back on the shelf. In the meantime, their store manager rushed over started tidying those bottles while we are still browsing. She continued on ranting about us in Phillipino with the cashier and they both gave us several dirty looks which scared my daughter and made me really uncomfortable. We will not visit this store anymore as we were made unwelcomed. Other supermarkets sell same things with better customer service.
