Cold atmosphere. No one to offer help. I was trying to find 1 book 10 minutes. Same books on the shelves. I would suggest they change design of shelves and make book finding easier, especially if there is not enough staff on the shop floor.

Store opening time says 11pm. The current time was 10.51pm They had there shutter on the store half down, I poked my head in to ask can I purchase items, was told they are under staffed, there were 3 employees in there and one member of the public was in the store and made a swift exit with a bottle of water he didn't pay for as member of staff shouted you need to pay for that, I never did get to purchase my items due to them fully closing the shutter at 10.53pm

About last week ,they had Cadbury chocolate bars the gingerbread edition which was out of date on the 9th April still on the same box with the winter wonderland chocolate bars. What if a customer got seriously sick??

Poor experience today at this shop, tried to buy a meal deal with items from the meal deal shelf to be told that one of the items i choose wasnt included. Items in fridge labelled meal deal and on a shelf labelled as should be included otherwise it is false advertising! Person i dealt with was happy that the item wasnt included even though it was on a meal deal shelf. I was probably a bit loud i making my point that it was false advertising but he wasnt interested in that, and just pointed to the small sign next to the item to say that didnt say Meal Deal and so it wasnt included. Poor display management and poor customer relations. £15 worth of goods not bought due to this fakse signage.

Good range of convenience items, perfect if you're travelling into Liv St and need to pick up a few snacks for the day. Located in the corner of the station so not the most obvious.

found country life and country file (this one is really hard to get anywhere else!!) at this store. Really grateful for the huge selection of magazines, now i know where to find these magazines!

Didn't give a receipt and put items I didn't want on my charge, went in for a meal deal, and came out spending £17.
