How the hell did WHSmiths get my personal Email address n mobile phone number?? I am so angry to receive this Email WHSmiths have invaded my privacy then expect my Opinion of the Store!! OH MY GOOD GOD the bloody cheek of the Store to do this to Customers!! I would give my Opinion but I'd like to be given a choice instead of violating my privacy like this it's absolutely bang out of Order!! So sod off WHSmiths you know my Opinion now!! I detest my privacy being invaded not the Store!! Other than I don't buy from them as they are way out of my measly budget!!

Small but with a good selection of books and magazines. Also contains a post office.

Always slowest at putting new magazines out. Always end up going to other places. Bizarrely expensive for such basic things. Always feels like a dark chemist too. But great selection of books! If it’s busy or the post office has big queues. It feels claustrophobic.

I have now been in four times in the last few weeks to find young staff with masks under their noses. I watched for several minutes before approaching and asking them politely to pull them up. Where is the manager ensuring staff are protecting their customers? Many of which are elderly. Come on staff let's start getting it right it's not that hard as a nurse I wear one for 12 1/2 hours.

Good range of magazines and a terrific range of books considering the size of the store. Staff are friendly and approachable but the downside is losing a quarter of the shop to the post office which makes it a bit of a tight squeeze if there is a queue for the post office

Always massive queue for post office. Prices really expensive, never much exciting going on in there, always feels a bit clinical and lifeless in there, can’t wait to get back out.
