It's a good shop. A little expensive, but caters for most things you'd need from such a place.

Lovely WH Smith's store in Mumbles,some good gift's if your are visiting Mumbles and either want a momento for yourself or a present for someone else.The post office is also situatied inside the store, that's very useful.Staff are helping and friendly,for all the above reasons I have given this store a 5 star rating.

Lovely store , pleasant staff . Unfortunately this time they didn't have what we wanted.

Their shops are cluttered, sweets and chocolate are extremely prominent! The store I have visited never have what I want and their web site is awful and not user friendly.
Staff are unmotivated and some need to attend charm school!

Renewed my Passport, they took another photo, sent it off for me, and it cost less than it would have done on line, excellent.
