Andy has a wide selection of products on his website, many items which are impossible to obtain from other retailers. Orders are delivered VERY quickly with full updates on progress. Highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service, speedy delivery, fantastic web design. Would give Andy's Pens 6 stars if I could. The website was clear and well-designed, with a huge range of products, sensibly ordered and well-priced, and a really user-friendly interface. I emailed with some questions before I ordered, and received a helpful response within mere hours. I received my order in less than a week, despite the COVID situation, and it was well-packaged in eco-friendly packaging and the product in perfect condition. I will be using Andy's Pens in the future for all my stationery needs; it has most certainly gained a new loyal customer!

Being from the U.S., I can't comment on the brick and mortar, but the online experience was absolutely stunning.
I had first emailed them, asking how quickly a package could shipped here. After getting a very prompt response, I placed my order for two items, not even having replied to the email about the lead time.
Literally less than two hours later, knowing that I had been concerned about the lead time, I got an email from the owner letting me know that the vendor had back ordered the items. The owner then went well out of his way to get me a replacement items, one of which was more expensive than my original purchase.
Despite the time difference, and me expecting emails the following day, the owner always replied back extremely quickly, and was always extremely helpful and informative.
We had a few hiccups with shipping, and me panicking (obviously an issue with USPS and customs, not the shop), so receiving the order did take a bit longer than I had originally planned or wanted, but I would have endured a much longer wait for the service, professionalism, and customer support that I received.
You can't, and won't go wrong ordering from here.
This shop is legendary, and deserves more stars than I can award here.
It only lets me give 5/5, but it should be 250/5.

Excellent service, placed order late Wednesday, pen not due in stock till Thursday or Friday got Saturday morning. Second time I have dealt with Andy been Highly delighted on both occasions. Oh and then pen Pilot Custom 823 writes like a dream!!!!

Excellent service, my order was processed, despatched and received within 24 hours. The order arrived well packaged, using recyclable packaging and within 24hrs of my placing the order.
