The Grill Steakhouse

The overall date was just OK.
They accommodate my booking within 1 hour notice, maybe because was not busy on a Thursday evening.
The waitresses was alright, the male one very friendly but the girl was a bit meah (she came to collect our plates asking if we finished even if I was still eating and with half plate still, which I found it very odd as maybe they had just 6-7 tables in whole restaurant, so I felt like she's trying to kick me off).
The food was amazing, fresh and tasty. Prices are decent.
They need to work on the hygiene as the 2 chefs didn't wear a hair net/cap and I found a short black hair on my plate... I didn't made a big fuss about it but my appetite gone after I've seen it... I'll attach the photos with the food and actually you can see it next to my burger and salad..
This is my 2nd visit at The Grill Steakhouse, 1st one was last summer.
I don't think I'll come again after this last date, but I hope other people will be a bit more lucky than me and not finding extras on them plates....

Very lovely good, great looking interior and great food quality. Got the rib eye steak with mushroom sauce, 9/10 very good! Would recommend. Picture of receipt also to give you an idea of cost for these meals.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Although a little on the pricy side, I’d say it’s definitely worth it. The steaks were cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The chips and the starters were very nice too. The absolute standout thing though was the house sauce that went with the steak. This was absolutely delicious and genuinely unique. The staff were very friendly too. I’d recommend the merlot if you’re looking for a good bottle of wine. I’d definitely come back here, and it’s certainly one of the best restaurants in Aylesbury.

The steak was brilliant. And what a plus that it's grass fed meat from a local farm! The glaze on the meat was fantastic and the sauces (I tried blue cheese and peppercorn) were stunning. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is due to the salad that came with the meal. It was like something you'd get with a cheap takeaway and looked exactly like Tescos 59p 'Sweet & Crunchy Salad' lol. Maybe a lettuce wedge or some rocket / babyleaf salad would have been better. Anyway, the restaurant looks good, the furniture and decor is high end and it was overall a good experience and would recommend.

This was my 2nd time at this restaurant. On arrival we didn't have reservations but were quickly seated. It was not busy. We were 2 adults and one child. We had a look at the menu and ordered our foods. We adult had bottom less drinks. The food was good. Good portions apart from the starter of king prawns. I found it overpriced for what it was (4 prawns). You could not really taste the so call garlic and herbs. I ended up ordering the prawns cocktail. We should have gone for that from the start. More value for money on it. And tastier. So I def recommend the prawns cocktail for started it can also be easily shared by 2. My chicken was well cooked, and my friend stake was cooked well too. My kid enjoyed her burger and chips and had a ice cream in the end. Which wasn't too bad. Service was ok. No issues on payment. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. It would be nice if the kids many had something to keep the kids entertained. But I would otherwise say that is as family friendly restaurant.

It is expensive and probably not the sort of place you could go to regularly, but it is now my go-to place for special occasions! Great food, great cocktails. Been twice now and it’s been super enjoyable both times.

Exceptional food along with very reasonable prices, i would usually order a steak but with the surprising variety of mains to choose from i decided to go with a mixed grill and was not disappointed in the slightest, the only part of my experience i would not mark as five stars is table service as i found the staff to not to ask often enough for more drinks as our glasses were empty! I even asked for a drink and the waitress completely forgot! But apart from that still a five star experience and more than happy to return soon.

Very attentive staff and great steaks. The only thing is the sauces are a bit thin and could do with thickening. But other wise Very good.
