fantastic company, very quick response, could even call over the weekend, and when the paving arrived it was stunning, very highly recommended all round

Easy to communicate with and simple clear ordering process.
Stone arrived not to order (random lengths ordered, yet 50% was 900mm and 50% 1000mm) and on a vehicle unable to deliver.
Stone was taken back and recut (at companies expense)
At my expense however I had to arrange freight forwarding - which any delivery damage is then my issue - and only told at the end
Stone arrived back in lengths as promised. However, many of the ones recut were not square. Have images and measurements to debate with company but they were uninterested. They gave option to return at my expense + handling, but economically it made no sense.
Stone is now laid and over time the obvious issues will fade but will never use this company again for any future work and would caution anyone to be 100% clear on what you are ordering and who is responsible if it can’t be delivered
