Key Stonework have supplied us with products for various projects and we would look no further for any other suppliers, the products are of the quality that we require for our high end finishes and the service provided along with valuable advice is impeccable, one of our projects required radial stone ‘once weathered coping’ around a large barrel bay projection on a new build detached house in Wiltshire, the quality and attention to detail that Key Stonework applied to the manufacture was 1st class, we also installed a stone portico to the same project and with the quality of manufacture along with assistance and advise given by Key Stonework, installation was simple (for a competent tradesperson that is).
We are now about to place further orders, so reassuring knowing that you have got suppliers that can provide you with exactly what you require.

I contacted Gary at Key Stonework about a new project requiring crafted stone corbels after seeing stone that been supplied by Key Stonework on another project I was involved in. The bespoke corbels required moulds to be made and the stone cast there after. Pleased to confirm that the whole process was carried out within the specified time window. As yet the corbels have to be built into the new house, so photos will be posted later.

Genuine honest review. Steer well clear of this company Key Stonework Ltd, there re sellers for Haddonstone Ltd. The products I received (sand cast stone) are extremely poor of quality and are already literally disintegrating, when I initially raised my concern they denied responsibility and accused my builder. After a lot of research and other reputable stone companies contacted showing images of the stone I purchased (over £2000!) It soon became quite com-parent the goods I was sold were not suitable for purpose. After getting the stone independently inspected I was told it was due to to a number of factors which include the cheap quality of materials used along with poor workmanship during the manufacturing process. The pier caps and copings I have simply crumble away under your finger nail. Although after presenting my evidence to this company they were not willing to refund me but they did send replacements free of charge but to my horror again are not fit for purpose. I’m now sick of chasing up and getting fobbed off and am now going cutting my losses going to another stone company to fully replace and cut my losses only in hope this review helps at least 1 person.
