Nothing but praise for all the staff at marble city and for the amazing choice of beautiful marble. It was a key design of my new kitchen as it was used for the 3.2m splashback and worktop as well as for the 2.1m island including the legs.
Skilled team working well together to deliver their products on time, knowledgeable, highly professional, great service and care to provide the best product for you.
A particular thank to Dustin who allowed me to use my imagination and made it happen - he understood what I ideally wanted, sourced the perfect Carrara marble, ensured it was measured, cut and fitted to perfection and not easy with a strong designed bookmark splashback.
I cannot recommend enough Marble City for their fantastic service and products that have impressed everybody - friends who do not even like marble!, neighbours, builder, architect.

Don't panic if you've smashed some marble - these guys are amazing!

- Not the fastest response time to email but generally v friendly customer service once you get talking - pleasant and helpful
- Sent in a v v badly damaged, heavy travertine Marble table that was trod on in transit
- Was convinced the damage would be game over for the table
- AMAZING repair by Marble City, we really struggle to see the lines of the cracks. A clean, single colour piece of marble, may not have worked so well but this is perfect
- Reinforcement service (via metal rods and fibre glassing) was offered without asking and really well done making me feel better about any structural integrity (was at an additional cost)

- Update, I've tried to upload pics to here but they aren't going, the pre/post pictures are amazing, suggest to ask the company to see.

Excellent service from start to finish! We were advised to get in touch by our bathroom supplier as we needed a custom made worktop for our washing machine unit at the last minute. Kevin was very positive from the first telephone conversation to the follow up and finish. We chose a marble, it was cut to our required size and polished perfectly. Communication was top notch, and turnaround time unbeatable. I will definitely go back if we need a made to measure stone. Thank you Kevin for your friendly customer service, it was a pleasure and it looks gorgeous!

Not only did they cut and fit a beautiful worktop perfectly, when there was a misunderstanding over a final invoice they handled this in exemplary fashion. Seems the customer is King here!

Disappointing. After receiving fantastic service from MGLW marble warehouse, dealing with Simon at Marble City has been a nightmare. After cutting and sending the incorrect marble that I hadn’t ordered, it is my company that have had to foot the bill for a replacement removals team to load in the correct piece, which i'm told, has arrived in a very shoddy condition. Correspondence with Simon was unprofessional and quite frankly, bizarre. If I had the time, I’d take my complaint further. Fortunately I’m using the piece for a temporary set build, but if this was intended for my home, I’d send the piece back. I suggest using another supplier.

I used Marble City 7 years ago for a large area of floor installation as well as bathroom showers and kitchen worktop. Due to an underfloor heating failure they have recently taken up and relaid an inlaid border tile. Not only has all the work has been impeccable but the quality of their marble is superb with an enormous selection and variety.
