We’ve bought two electric fires from Ivett and Reed and had them install our fireplace recently too. I can’t recommend them highly enough - salesperson polite and helpful. Follow-up communication brilliant both by phone and email. The installers were efficient and professional (cleaned up meticulously after themselves too).

A major kitchen refurbishment utilising existing granite sections and new pieces. The standard of finish overall was absolutely first class. Totally professional organisation from start to finish and we cannot speak highly enough of the father and son team who templated and installed our worktops and splashbacks.

We chose Ivett and Reed because their website was full of information and had a huge range of wood burning stoves to view, and they are an independent well established local business. After visiting them at their premises we chose a modern Hwam stove and are very pleased with the installation and look of the stove. When choosing the stove we felt the advice given was honest and helpful, and we were visited at home early on and prior to installation so that the site could be checked for suitability. The stove was installed when we were told it would be and the guys who installed it were very tidy and professional. We're delighted with the whole service and would definitely recommend.

Great people to deal with. Friendly and efficient. The installation date for my new gas fire was fixed several weeks beforehand but they turned up on the dot at previously arranged time and date.
The work was carried out quietly and efficiently (no interminable radio noise) and as they cleared up as they went along there was not much clearing up to do once the work was completed.
I would strongly recommend them to carry out any work required and would expect them to the job properly and professionally.

Ivett and Reed arranged to have our old fireplace and hearth removed and a new Gazco wall mounted electric fire installed. The staff in the showroom were very helpful when we initially viewed the fires available. The work was done as quoted and on the date advised at purchase.

The team at Ivett & Reed have done a first class job for us. We have a non-standard size limestone fireplace and wanted a gas fire fitted. Nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for Ivett & Reed. They carried out a site survey, advised us on fires, gave us a quote and an installation date, came along on that day, made the agreed alterations to our stone fireplace and installed the fire. My experience at this company has been outstanding, from my first showroom visit to assistance with options and quotes. The quality of the product through to installation has shown their expertise. All of the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and efficient. On completion the installers cleaned up afterwards and left me with a beautiful product.
