Stone Worktop - London

I would have serious reservations about using this company. They installed concrete worktops into my new kitchen a couple of years back. The quality of their product is very poor and I've had numerous cracks appear since they been installed. I've tried to contact them via email, phone and letter to explain the issues but they're not interested in rectifying these defects. They've even used photos of my kitchen on their website claiming it to be somewhere in Greater London when its actually a house in the East Midlands which I guess doesn't sound quite as exciting. I've attached some photos of the problems I've had which show the poor quality installation, cracks and stains. You have been warned!

*PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERIG!!!* Unfortunately, I have hired these guys on several projects only to find out that their products faulty, ware not delivered on time, in a horrible state in many instances where they had to be redone - multiple times! Milena will want to charge you for every single little thing and not to mention that the sealers for the concrete that they are using will not protect against literally anything that the surface touches.
Oh yes, and the best thing is, they are not a legitimate company, they operate as a sole trader so do not expect any guarantee and every problem that you will have will be referred to unbeatable, holy Terms And Conditions. We/You as a customer mean only a number to these people. I would stay away from them as far away as I can!!!

Superb experience working with Stone Worktops on our concrete kitchen worktops all the way from the initial contact and designing the items to installation of the final products few weeks later.

Whole team was extremely helpful at helping me choose what would work and look best and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Our concrete kitchen worktops are of the best quality, the finishing in particular is superb. Worth every penny.

Professional, polite and willing to go the extra mile to sort things out that don’t turn out exactly right the first time. Concrete worktops are not an investment to be taken lightly, as you are talking several k for something that you won’t know what it looks like until it’s finally in place. And it is payable in advance… so I approached the whole project with a bit of trepidation and when I was notified of possible delays due to manufacturing issues, I started to seriously worry.
Two weeks on, the finished worktops arrived at last, and I have to say they were definitely worth the wait and the money. Absolutely stunning.
If you want an off the shelf quickly installed product, go elsewhere, but for custom made items that take time and skill to make I’d recommend this company.

We were looking for a custom made Belfast type sink to fit into my non-standard farmhouse kitchen reno project. Stone Worktops were quick with the quote and samples and produced what I wanted, almost on time and within originally quoted budget. Although I had to pay for delivery, the price for the sink was competitive enough to make it a good deal. I’d recommend this company.

Fantastic service from the beginning to end! We were recommended stone
worktops by the builder working on our main bathroom refurb as we had quite
specific ideas and he suggested using concrete to achieve that (thanks Milena).
We ordered a concrete basin and some concrete countertops / shelving. Milena was very helpful throughout, and offered samples when we weren’t sure about. Turned out concrete to fit very well in our new bathroom.
