I used SMG for my Kitchen worktops and they were excellent! The customer service was great, Chris was really helpful and always contactable. The installers were very good. They had a big selection of products to choose from , the best selection that I have seen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people. I was very happy with the end result and will use them again in the future.

Responsive, collaborative and really lovely to deal with. Our kitchen worktop looks beautiful and I'm so happy with the ease of installation considering the nightmare we've had with other trades people. Would highly recommend.

Can not recommend this company highly enough from beginning to end a fantastic customer experience and fabulous worktops, let down by another company and got in touch with SMG and at short notice they promised to do our work tops and delivered, all in time for Christmas, if you are looking for worktops then SMG are the company to call, big Thanks to Chris, Tony and all of the team.

My partner and I embarked on a large renovation of our Victorian terrace which incorporated a kitchen extension. When choosing worktops for our kitchen we spoke to a number of fabricators and SMG (and particularly Tony knowles the director) were so much more friendly and helpful than all the rest, so we decided to go with them. We had our heart set on a chunky industrial concrete style and Tony went above and beyond to design the worktops to meet our brief and tight budget. I really couldn't recommend these guys highly enough! They really strive to give you all the information and options so you are satisfied with the end result.

The installation team were great and were careful of our newly fitted kitchen and the finished result was everything we hoped for.

We recently had our kitchen renovated and we were recommended SMG via our builder/kitchen designer.

We had liaised with Tony at SMG during the kitchen layout planning stage, he was not only patient but extremely accommodating when the plans changed a number of times, which affected the worktop layout and sizes. He was also very flexible in sending out samples and offering us various options to suit our budget. We never felt pressured or like we were dealing with a salesmen but rather a friendly, genuine professional who wanted to make sure our worktop was perfect.

We went with Quartz stone. Ali, who templated was very friendly and knowledgeable while measuring up, and gave us a number of options in the quote (eg, including hob splashback or shelving), which was really useful.

We proceeded and had the worktop installed yesterday - and it looks fantastic. We live behind a block of other houses, so our front door is only accessible via a 30-40 metre walk down a path. The installation team carried the very heavy worktop across this distance and didn’t complain at all. They were courteous and diligent, and had installed it in half a day. Would highly recommend.
