I had both my drives stonebonded in July 2015. The first one split within a couple of months. This was repaired no problem. Approximately 2-3 months after that it started to split down the middle, the other drive did the same. Despite constant phone calls I have ever only managed to speak to Dean once because his wife picked the phone up, otherwise it is either an answer machine or it just keep ringing. One of his colleagues came out and said it had split so badly that Dean would have to come out himself. He has never been.
As a widow and pensioner living on my own when all my friends who I have recommended have had it done theirs is fine. Is it because I'm a female living on my own?
