Westby Hall Caravan Storage

What's not to like about this fantastic company. Had our caravan stored here for some time and so glad we went with them.
The hassle free collection and drop of facility any time of day is second to none. Extremely secure, well organised and every member of staff who I've had dealings with have been brilliant. There is a reason why this place is so busy, because it's a fantastic all round set up.
I've also recently used them to service my caravan and the engineer was great, 3 calls in the space of 3 hours about his findings and options, really impressed.

I don't have a posh motorhome worth tens of thousands of pounds, but with the treatment and service I receive here you wouldn't know. I have been treated with the utmost care and courtesy every time I visited. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has the need for storage for either your caravan or motorhome A1.

Fantastic, helpful service and people. We had a few hiccups, and the help and solutions were just presented to us. We would recommend this place anytime, and will definitely use again if or when we need to.

I would like to say a big thankyou to the staff .This has got to be the best storage facility in Lancashire there is nothing they wouldnt do for you. My caravan was always looked after well. It's a great place and the staff are reliable and friendly.

Westby Hall have looked after both my caravan and my Landrover for 6 years and always gave me excellent service. They have had my caravan ready whenever I asked, and serviced it each year on-site. My Landrover was both serviced and MOT’d and ready for me when I returned from overseas.
Their security system is excellent, as is the help willingly given by the staff. There is a “family” type of feeling given about the company whenever I dealt with anyone there, which is excellent to experience. Over all those six years, I never once was given anything other than excellence, and I knew I could totally relax about the safety and security of both my vehicles, as the cctv, security gates and the on-site supervision was exactly what I needed to have that confidence.
I would like to add that the owner/Director Mr Andrew Taylor was always available to talk to me directly whenever I needed special arrangements for my car or to help me in ensuring everything was prepared for my trips back to the Uk.
I rarely give anyone 5 stars, as I can easily be critical, so this score is definitely well deserved.
Any potential customer should be fully reassured that they too will get an excellent service.

Can’t recommend this site enough, the staff are very friendly especially the young lady as she’s very knowledgable and can answer any questions you may have as well as tips on winterising your moho or caravan as she did with me last week, they take pride in providing a 1st class service.
The is CaSSOA GOLD standard award winning site, so you can feel safe in the knowledge your precious vehicle is being cared for, it’s also a lived on site so someone is around all the time, which gives that extra peace of mind. Also an added bonus is the on site workshop & cleaning service for your baby.

Caravans well looked after with CCTV and gated entrance to which a fob is given for your van. Expensive but worth it. They can wash your van, sell gas, provide air/water etc. Limited maintenance bays and an on-site repair garage.
