Great service and great people. I used Rugby Self Store for about 5 months (only leaving due to relocating) after the sale of my house. The whole experience was really positive. From initially contacting them I was made to feel a valued customer and when the move date kept being put back they were super obliging, easing rather than adding to my stress. The site is easy to visit, the building with access codes for alarms feels secure and 24/7 access is fantastic plus the rates are very competitive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rugby Self Store to anyone who needs storage.

Fast, professional and caring. We needed storage space quickly and appreciated the speed - received a quote in no time, paperwork took less than 10 minutes. The cherry on the top was their thoughtfulness. Since we hesitated about the size of a unit required but were moving in outside of their office hours, we were notified that the bigger unit had also been left open for us and packaging materials available - just in case! Definitely recommended!

The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating- they clearly pay attention to and have an interest in their customers.

From being happy and helpful in answering my endless questions before hand, noticing that I needed extra support walking when we turned up and immediately offering to change my unit to one I'd be able access more easily, learning our names and saying hello when they see us, and just the complete understanding and level of communication.

I really got the impression that no problem or query is too small or big.

When I had a sudden series of drastic life changes in quick succession that left me struggling to afford the unit, a general passing chat had accommodations and practical support immediately put into place. It hadn't even crossed my mind to wonder if they'd be able to help, but just a little passing scuttlebut, and support was offered and put into place before I had even processed it.

Communication regarding access issues - covid, fire, etc. - was always en point and very transparent, allaying any concerns or anxieties straight away.

Awesome experience, very friendly excellent service. Dealt with a lady called Kia, that exceeded all expectations and nothing was too much trouble. Never used this type of thing before but would not hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Absolutely brilliant experience and really friendly staff. Kia is the wonderfullest and has helped everytime I've needed it, even going out of her way to save me as much money as possible. Always makes the time to answer questions or just have a chat. Even made me a cup of tea on my first visit!

Easy to get in and out at all times but also very secure with multiple security measures in place. I've had three storage units here and would highly recommend this place for the customer service alone!

Staff are really helpful and friendly especially Kia the manager.
It's so nice to deal with humans face to face as all you usually get now is endless waiting on phones for some robot to reply half an hour later.

Rang around local storage facilities & based on a considered mix of price, access, location, clean layout & professionalism, choose Rugby self store & this decision, confirmed by the teams handling of initial query & subsequent face or face dealings, particularly with Kia. She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring & warm & I could'nt have asked or wished for a better service in establishing the set up of my unit. All in all, from what I see, a great company in this field & in Kia, they've a star & asset to brand.

Well, as much as moving house is one of the most stressful things we get to do. Rugby Self store made this a lot easier n straightforward for me . I rang for a quote ( see picture of a 50 sf unit) and the advisor gave me a brief overall understanding as it was my first time renting storage. I felt reassured so much so that I actually left things literally last minute 🙈 but Kia ( asumingly the store manager or equally very professional n effective senior staff ) helped me push things through hours before the removal guys were arriving. They had online forms and really good rates. The premises are nice n clean as well as secured. Liked that the radio was on ( otherwise could have been kind of spooky alone in the evening). They have an individualized entry code system which was great . They have lift and plenty of trolleys aswell as assessories for sale. Lots of parking space and easy access. Big thanks to the staff . Can 100% recommend Rugby Self Store. Will defo rent with them again.
