Worst service that a company could ever offer, and if you complain to any of the directors they will insult you and threat you to close your account.
I have never had a most outrageous experience. Please do not open an account with them.

Worst experience ever! If you enjoy having multiple direct debits taken out of your account daily or being spoken to very arrogantly and like a child to you by their account manager Melinda Phelps or having your cases of wine smashed by their warehouse manager in front of you, to admit liability and then refuse to pay for the damage then this is the company for you. Personally I prefer a more reputable company like London Bond. Copies of the emails will be kept for show upon request.

I have been using EHD for the last year or so and I most say they have very friendly staff and provide a great service. Just wanted to put this out as when I saw some of the reviews early on before I used them I was worried... But a year in and this is what my experience was

I have found EHD to be reliable and speedy this year, Sandra is particularly helpful if you are looking to do transfers in and out.

Good services competitive prices not so friendly staff

Supposed to deliver a case of port from Bacchus Wine Auctions as their recommended carrier. One bottle was smashed and remainder arrived packed in single layer of bubble wrap and packing tape. Dan Hawkes (Goods our office manager) refused to answer my call today to ask how the claim is progressing for a refund for the smashed bottle. Zero customer service or willingness to get this resolved. No sign of any refund. Avoid this company to transport anything of value.
