Naturally Baby and Naturally Kids Shoes

Shoe shopping with our 2-year old was becoming a serious issue. Melt downs and tantrums in shoes shops had let to us having just one pair (of very dirty) shoes as we couldn’t get her measured or near a new pair.

But here it took 15 minutes and all of it was spent in the incredible sensory room.

This is the only shop I would buy my
Kids shoes from. When my first born was ready for shoes we went to Clark’s because that’s what you’re supposed to do! I didn’t feel confident putting my baby’s feet in their shoes. I thought naturally kids would be really expensive but thought I’d try there. I was blown away. The shoes were all lovely, there was so much choice and the prices were similar to
Clark’s. We have only ever bought our kids shoes form there since. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they will not let you leave until they are convinced that the shoes are the best for your children. The staff interact with the kids too so they enjoy the experience. Because the shoes fit so well they last a long time so even if some styles are more expensive (because they are podiatrist approved!!) I think I’ve saved myself hundreds of pounds by having solid well made shoes that last my two (extremely rough/hard wearing boys) for ages. I always leave the shop knowing my boys’ feet are in shoes that won’t damage their feet - and they look cool too!!

We have been shopping here for many years from stocking up on reusable nappies, first shoes and many since and super helpful and knowledgeable service for car seat fittings, so you drive away knowing you having something as safe as possible.

We had a car seat fitting appointment on Saturday and WOW, what a great experience! Anna is extremely knowledgeable and helped us to decide which car seat was right for our child, car and budget. Whilst she and my husband sorted out car seats, my 15 month old enjoyed the sensory room and tried on shoes - such a relaxed way to shop with a toddler! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff all obviously like children. Highly recommended!

Totally impressed by the knowledge and expertise of Anna and her colleagues. We had a tricky situation trying to fit two booster seats and one baby seat into our car for our daughter and her family visiting from Australia. Anna advised on best equipment and then went above and beyond to fit seats to ,meet the needs and expectations of our daughter. Anna and her team are absolutely fantastic with our young granddaughter, who is now in her fourth pair of shoes from Naturally Baby. They have made trying shoes such a relaxing fun thing which is so different from our first experience. The atmosphere there is so positive and they take so much time and trouble to check the the shoes fit well. THANK YOU

Absolutely fantastic little shop and brilliant staff. Made an appointment to look at 25kg rearfacing carseats for my toddler as this was the nearest stockist. All of the staff I spoke to were very professional, friendly and helpful. The lady that helped us with the carseats was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. My toddler was getting a little overwhelmed so she suggested we use their sensory room with lots of sensory toys and lighting. She helped us make a decision on the safest and best seat for us to buy when we feel we need it. Also advised on baby carrier options which was great. She spent a long time with us and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything from them and in-fact was trying to help us make our current set up work for us for now. It was a fantastic experience and faultless service from staff. We will definitely be returning to buy the carseat when the time is right. Lovely little shop filled with beautiful, quality things. Most importantly for me, lovely staff that are very educated in car seat safety and offer some of the most safe seats on the market. It was very refreshing to talk to someone selling carseats that was up to date on car seat legislation, extended rearfacing and ADAC/ Sweedish Plus Tested seats. I've received some frankly dangerous advice from other well know big chains that sell carseats. I can recommend this place to any new parents who are feeling overwhelmed about the minefield or carseats and baby carriers on the market. I wish I'd came here before I had my first!
