Hato Store

Found the new Hato yesterday, I used to use Hato to print my card designs years ago when they were in Shoreditch. Can't believe they've got a shop in Kings X.

Stunning shop with a wide, curated range of publications, objects and creative gifts from designers based in London to Japan. Ordered a few zines during lockdown and the team communicated when delays were expected due to postal backlogs - looking forward to visiting again after lockdown

Really great store filled with goods of taste and personality. Staff and goods have always been great. Recently ordered offline as sadly closed due to COVID came quick and love my books!!!! Thanks

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !

My first purchase - my order was forgotten about and had to be resent

My second purchase - the team were not unable to identify the tracking number for my order or locate where it was! Again had to replace my order

Would not recommend buying from this store!

Nice little selection of art books, zines, clothing and objet d'art. Great place to find interesting gifts. Very well curated.

Had a couple books shipped to Los Angeles, arrived quickly and safely. Great customer service and communication from Dave and team. Will definitely be ordering from here again and hope to visit in person soon!

Such a wonderful customer service from these guys. Were kind enough to be flexible with my change in product size and then went above and beyond when that size was not available and travel was not possible, by posting it out to me with a hand written note and cute paper guide to creative activities. Needless to say the t-shirt was excellent quality and loved by the recipient. Really personal, thoughtful and kind team. And the design inspiration and products are very cool.
