Avoid!!! This is possibly one of the worst cab companies. I felt cheated and would never recommend them. Driver and office staff are rude and aggressive. I felt unsafe. They are overpriced but that aside, service is poor.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. we ordered online and were quoted £40 each way for a trip to London City Airport. On the outbound journey the cab turned up 15 min late and demanded £50 for the trip. On the way back, instead of a single large car turning up they sent two cars. This time the journey cost demanded was £70. Given the late hour of our arrival we had no choice but to accept. The company is very misleading and doesn't honour it's quotes

Chaos on the roads due to the tube strike . I had to get to Heathrow. Wurat ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) wove through any number of south London back streets avoiding any traffic build up to get me to Paddington . A satnav would have been useless it was the drivers excellent knowledge that one the day . many thanks . Andrew Ward

The booking and text updates gave the impression of a good service - the reality was a disaster. The taxi arrived 15 minutes late for a 10 minute journey, each time I called I was told the car was almost there. On arrival the driver told me cash only so we had to drive to a cash machine - back to Uber!

Been using Charlton cabs for a little while and what incredible team they all are, from Jay always so polite and friendly always welcoming when making the bookings for me, he always gives me a check up call to keep my updated with everything and just amazing person. couldn’t fault any of the drivers being so friendly and so lovely.
Would always only recommend Charlton cars so fast so quick getting from A to B

Very friendly staff manning the phone, always on time/early when booked in advance. Can’t go wrong with a general chat when booking a taxi, over charged on one occasion but still awaiting my compensation. Cars are always nice and clean with a fresh smell in the air. Would highly recommend you guys! 😎

Staff are aggressive especially the young man who owns the company and drivers are also rude and they over charge you drivers take extra money to put in there pocket i advice anyone using them use somewhere else

We had an excellent experience with the Trafalgar Road branch. They were clear on the phone, gave a realistic estimation of potential journey time and notified us when they arrived (early) so we could reach the hospital even earlier than planned. Many thanks.
