M&S Simply Food

It says 24 hours on the website but when I arrived at 4:15am they were in darkness and the staff ignored me arriving. I tapped on the window to get the attention of a lady working there and she ignored me several times. In the end I banged on the window in frustration for her to just mouth at me "were closed" and carry on working. I just wanted to ask what time they were opening. I'd got myself into a pickle and needed fuel before work, I have used this station before in the early hours so this time I think the staff were being rude and lazy. And the woman had a cra**y attitude.

Says 24hours but the bopping young and most rude employee I've ever come across watched me stand around for 5minutes and then when I started approaching said it a cocky and arrogant voice "stores closed innit"

This morning at 6am I purchased a sausage roll, I've got a severe food poisoning from it.

The gents toilets are disgusting, the awful smell of urine is revolting.

BTW the phone number listed is wrong.

It was quite crowded and it took a bit of time to get served. They had a decent choice of sandwiches available.

Men's Toilets never in use, never got adblue, wish my fuel card was not bp

Toilets absolutely disgusting, bins overflowing, sinks dirty . Told M and S worker advised to use disabled toilets
Used M and S as thought would be good standard, never use this place again and will send photos to M and S complaints. Disgusting!!! .

All male urinals out of service, toilet filthy and no paper roll. Under staffed, hence, joining the endless queue to pay for a coffee despite the coffee area having an open till which states "open - till in service". A course in punjabi would be beneficial too!

The toilets in this place are disgusting. I cannot begin to describe just how bad they are. The smell you can smell from outside where fresh food is? Either close them so no one can use them. Or clean them. There is dust in the top of the urinals that’s covered in wee. Seriously.. when was the last time these were cleaned?
