*****5 star***** I can’t recommend caravanalia highly enough. Had an annual service on our seasonal caravan. John was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, he said when he arrived that he could answer all our questions and as new caravaners, we had LOADS of questions! He took his time and gave us loads of advice. Thank you John and we ll see you next year.

I have just bought a windbreaker from caravanalia via Ebay and was very impressed by the price and excellent delivery. The icing on the cake for me was the fact that they use APC for their deliveries who have got to be the best delivery service available.
Would and will use again with no hesitation.

I have my caravan on a seasonal pitch in Towyn and had a problem with the roof fan and bedroom light not working. I booked in with this company and arranged a time to meet there. The engineer called to confirm the day before and also on the day to advise he was en route. As expected he had everything fully operational within 10 minutes. This man knows his stuff!! This was the second time i have used this company and would highly reccommend them for all your caravanning repairs/service and advice. They are punctual , professional and the prices wont break the bank. Thank you Caravanalia for the excellence in what you do.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Arrived in Llanrwst with my caravan and a problem. Caravanalia we’re recommended. Jules on reception duty could not have been more helpful or efficient. John came out to us very quickly and fixed my caravan in a most professional manner - and didn’t fleece me either! This company is yet another reason for visiting beautiful Wales. Not just the scenery, but the people too. 11/10 and a huge ‘thank you’ as well.

Excellent given good advice on a few problems that have occurred with our caravan.
Good selection of caravan supplies and good display of awnings etc upstairs.
Will certainly visit again when in the area.

Great camping and caravan spares shop with a very good range of spares and accessories at good prices. Staff where really helpful with a search for an item we wanted. They also have a very good online shop too. Well worth a visit.

Online prices and shop prices are very different (15% in my case). Phone and check before travelling.

This is a wonderful caravan spare parts shop. It is truly brilliant and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We came here whilst we were in Llandudno as we needed the Seal for our toilet.

They had just what we needed and in fact information received regarding installation was so helpful. This is the number one place to go for all your caravan needs.
