As a regular online customer I must say that on the whole they are very efficient and the product is good quality.
Having also visited them at shows, that service continues.
Sounds like the walk in and browse aspect needs work. I did plan to drop in one day while up North, not sure if I'll bother.
Overall a good place to shop.

Ordered an Elvis GI outfit. When product arrived it was well oversized . I had great communication with SOF . Given clear instructions on how to return . Had my new items back in a week including quarantine and a bank holiday . I would recommend going down a size in trousers and 2 sizes for the shirt

I've been buying from them for several years now and the only times I've ever returned items was due to my ordering the wrong size. Exchanged goods are replaced immediately, and arrive quickly. The prices are pretty reasonable and fair too. I've never quibbled.

Website is very well laid out, and well stocked. They REALLY know their stuff when it comes to the Historical accuracy of uniforms, weapons, and kit......and i learn quite a bit also from the detailed descriptions they provide with a lot of items.

Id like to see more kit from other nations, or other service branches that have not been represented as of yet, and hopefully in time i will. Perhaps they could have an online questionnaire to gauge peoples interests.

Full marks from me though for the exceptional all round service they give.
Can't wait to visit them in person.

Best customer service I have ever recived. I worried that my packet will not reach its destination and customer service helped me with it. Had a issue with a product that I got and customer service helped with that also. Definetly worth a visit and definetly worth five stars.
