Rudeness overloaded. I have never met a staff like this before today. Was so rude .. I wish if I could talk the staff member who was Woking today at da station. They are getting paid for helping peple nothing else. If anybody ask a question they should speak nicely.

The station has step free access to the platforms from each side but not to interchange between the two platforms. A bus route stops right outside the station with a good view of the decor. The station looks nice at least.

The architecture here is wonderful. Well worth some appreciation. Sadly the train service here isn't all that frequent, not for the Underground anyway. Plenty of time to look around though! There's even a second hand book shop to keep you entertained!

Nice and clean station, easily accessible for the disabled too with a wheelchair friendly foot bridge between platforms. Has 3 machines (1 coin/card only, 2 notes/cash/card machines) for ticket purchase / oyster top up. Very spacious with frequent trains!
